Croutons are traditionally the left over bread from the day before. Pinch the bread into small pieces, or if you prefer, cube the bread with a knife. Add the flat leaf parsley and season with salt and fresh ground pepper. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and add a few dashes of granulated garlic.

  • 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • A few dashes of granulated garlic
