Bruschetta topping

To make bruschetta topping add the chopped basil to the diced tomatoes and diced onions, add minced fresh garlic if desired. Drizzle with olive oil and either lemon juice or Balsamic Vinegar. Season to taste. Use as a topping for Crostini or crackers.

  • Fresh Tomato
  • Fresh Basil
  • White Onion
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Fresh Lemon juice or Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Optional Ingredients: Fresh Garlic,
  • Kalamata
  • Olives, Capers, Anchovies
