Baked salmon with lime butter

Lay the fillets in a casserole dish. Pour the white wine into the dish. Place the casserole into a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Pull the casserole from the oven and place 1/4 inch of lime parsley butter on each fillet and then put back in oven under broil for 2-3 minutes. Remove and serve.

  • 1 salmon fillet per person
  • 1/2 inch compound butter per person
  • 2 oz white wine
