Peppered Ahi tuna

Press tuna filet in cracked pepper until well crusted. Place the ahi in a preheated cast iron skillet on medium high heat after pouring 3 tbl spoons of peanut oil in the pan. Flip the filet when bottom crust is starting to turn from light brown to medium brown, about 1 1/2 minutes. Fry for another 1 1/2 minutes and remove from heat.
