Chorizo and Eggs

Chorizo and EggsPull the Chorizo from the casing and cook in a frying pan on low heat. Break the sausage into little pieces as it begins to soften and melt. Add the whipped eggs and turn the heat up to medium. Cook until eggs are scrambled. In a dry frying pan on medium, heat the corn tortillas by quickly flipping them. Serve.

  • 1 tsp chorizo per egg
  • 1 -3 eggs per person
  • corn torillas
  • butter
