Render the diced bacon on medium heat then add mushrooms and onions. Stir until well coated with oils. Add chives. Add the rendered sausage and stir. Add the whipped eggs and turn the heat down to medium low. Stir and cook until eggs begin to scramble. Add fresh tomatoes. Add the cream. Stir well and top with fresh ground pepper and shredded cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle fresh chives over finished product.

  • 1/2 cup diced bacon
  • 1 cup rendered sausage
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup diced chives
  • 1/3 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup cream
