American Omelette

Mix the eggs and set to the side in a bowl. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Pour the eggs into the pan. Use a spatula to separate the cooked egg from the surface of the pan. When the bottom of the omelette is cooked Add the sauteed mushrooms and onion. and cheese. Slowly pour and flip omelette onto the plate. Broiling or microwaving cheese on top of the omelette is a nice touch.

  • 2-3 eggs per omelette
  • Diced Onions
  • Sliced Mushrooms
  • Cheese
  • Butter
