Fried Razor Clams

Clean the clams well. Dredge in seasoned flour and then egg dip the clams. Fry in butter until golden brown.

  • Cleaned Razor Clams or Geoduck Bellies
  • Seasoned Flour
  • 1 Egg per Clam
  • 1 Tbl Spoon room temp. Butter per Clam
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon per clam
