Chicken Gorgonzola

Reduce heavy cream on medium heat by half. Add sliced or crumbled Gorgonzola and stir into the cream. Stir well until the cheese is fully incorporated into the sauce. Add salt, white pepper and hot sauce. Pour 2/3 of the sauce onto the platter and place fried chicken on the sauce. Drizzle the remainder over 1/3 of every chicken breast. Garnish with chopped parsley.

  • Dash of Hot Sauce
