Roasted garlic mashed potatoes

To make roasted garlic mashed potatoes first chop and boil the potatoes until a fork easily slides through them (about 20 minutes). Pull the roasted garlic cloves from the garlic bulb and add them to the melted butter. Add the garlic butter to the potatoes and mix well. Add the heavy whipping cream. Add the white pepper and the salt and mix. Taste the mashed potatoes and add more salt or pepper if needed.

  • 4 Boiled and chopped potatoes (boil for about 20 minutes or until they are tender to the fork)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1roasted clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
