Chivry's green salad dressing

To make Chivry's green dressing first place diced onions in a food processer (or blender). Fill with Canola oil until most of the onion is submerged. Add diced parsley. Blend. Add the raw egg. Add a little Maggi. Add a dash of worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Add the chopped garlic. Add the lemon juice and blend. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste. About 2 tsp black pepper.

  • 1 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 white onion, fine diced
  • 1 tsp Maggi (Swiss wheat sauce similar to soy)
  • 1 tblsp worcestershire sauce
  • A few dashes Tabasco
  • 1/4 cup rough diced garlic
  • 2 tbl spoons lemon juice
  • Small handful of basil chiffonade
  • 1 big bunch of curly parsley
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
