Turkey stock

To make turkey stock first pick the meat from the turkey carcass then fill the roasting pan until most of the bones are covered. Break the bones down as much as possible. Roast in a preheated 400 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Halfway through break the bones down and rearrange so that every bit of bone has been utilized.
